I will be working with five leagues and several credit unions during 2019 to train credit union staff to become Certified Credit Union Financial Counselors.  The program commences in May and concludes in September.  Students participating in the program will have access to tutorial webinars, program development training and proctoring of the two tests that they must pass to achieve their CCUFC designation.

I have also developed a program for credit unions that already have trained counselors.  This program assists credit unions to optimize the skills and knowledge of their counselors and to develop a financial counseling program that not only helps members who face financial challenges, but is done in a way that is also good for credit union growth and the bottom line.
